Ran 10 this morning along the gravel roads and did my typical 30-30 workout for turnover. Ended up going anaerobic over the last 5 or so.
In the afternoon got an easy 12 in on the trails. Ended up seeing two cubs (one to my right -- one to my left) with about a minute left in the run. Stood in the Moorman's river for 20 minutes after so that my body doesn't fall apart.
